Mark is a father and ceremonial leader with over 30 years of experience guiding nature-based rites of passage and transformational work. He carries the wisdom of the elders - earned through decades of walking this path, deep relationship with the land, and a life devoted to nature-rooted practice.

Mark has guided hundreds through initiatory experiences that reconnect them with purpose, belonging, and the intelligence of the Earth.

Ben Schemper

Leadership & Integration

Ben is a father and men’s leadership guide committed to helping men lead from clarity, integrity, and purpose. As the founder of Abundant and the Abundant Brotherhood, his work supports men in aligning their inner truth with how they lead, work, and serve.


With over a decade of experience developing leaders and high-performing teams, Ben brings a grounded, embodied approach to leadership - one rooted in presence, alignment, and conscious impact.

Miguel Solari

Embodiment & Facilitation

Miguel is a ceremonial facilitator, nature-based guide, and men’s leadership mentor whose work springs from lineage, land, and initiation. For over two decades, he has helped men step out of roles and into truth-led purpose using earth-based wisdom, silence, ritual, and mythic archetype.

Miguel bridges the world of business and embodiment, helping men return to their communities not just with insight - but with integrated action.
